Exchange & return
You can return unused (unworn & unwashed) goods to us within 14 days. In the event of an exchange or return, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of an exchange, we will take care of the reshipment. In this way, we want to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize the number of returns.
If you would like to return your order to us (exchange or return), please note the following two points:

Fill it out and enclose it with your return shipment so that we can assign your shipment later.
2. Packaging and condition of the goods
Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.

Cancellation policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us: Just for Bears, Montgelasstraße 8, 81679 Munich, Germany (letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day deadline. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a scope that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods with you.
